Ordered a delivery from the Miami App 30/5/24. Delivered on time but everything was cold apart from the can of coke that was warm. Requested chips to be crispy which has never been a problem before. However they were limp and soggy. Pizza topping was only on half the pizza and half the box. This definelty happened soon after pizza was out the oven as it was welded to the box hard, cold and unedible. Worst order I've ever had from Miami in over 30 years. Sorry for this bad review Gino it may just be a staff training issue that needs looked at. I will order from here again as I know this is not normal service.

Disappointed is understatement..Started using polystyrene instead of cardboard boxes.Got loaded fries, fries weren't even warm enough to melt the cheese.Usually enjoy their burgers, but tonight no. Instant heartburn.They've also changed their bbq sauce.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:30pm and it was delivered at 5:50pm! I should?ve given it back to the driver but I decided just to take it. When I tasted it, it was barely lukewarm. I phoned the shop and was told that the early delivery was because of some issue with their new order system and they can?t read the required delivery time when they receive the order! Why use that system then? When I said the food was barely lukewarm he said I could have another delivery at 8:30 but when I said I had eaten a slice of the pizza I was told I couldn?t have a replacement. How the hell would I know it wasn?t hot until I tried it! I told him this was my first order and it would be my last and he didn?t even seem to care. There are too many good takeaways in this area to accept poor food and service from a (at best) mediocre establishment

Feel bad for the delivery drivers having to sit and cope with that next to them in an Amazon delivery box, I got half pepperoni half cheese and it was disgusting the pepperoni looked like my pal mikeys nips and it spicy pizza was minging and tasted very sour. Never ordering from here again. Also I have a picture of it.
