I went to k&k methil for a fish supper on Tuesday at 8.30 pm there was no fish available cooked ,They would not cook any more and I would have to pick from whatever was left . I think that is not acceptable i was a regular customer , not anymore. I walked from the leven end of Kirkland walk to shop . The notice on the window says closing time Tuesday 10pm .

Best chips I have had in a very long time. The shop was very clean and fresh.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat and clear. Normal sized door though.

I ordered a delivery on Fife eats. From K and K Methil on Saturday 20th January 2024 at 17.09 order was accepted at 17.11, was told would be delivered on or before 18.05 at 18.10 was told my delivery was out and would be with me soon. Then at 18.35 I phoned back to be told it was still out and would be with me soon. I told her was not happy as if it was out all that time then it would be frozen. At 18.40 still on the phone the delivery arrived, as suspected frozen, was told they would send a new order, to which I said when I?ve waited an hour and a half for that one don?t want to wait another. I suggested they send a new one with the driver and I would give them the old one then. Then some ignorant woman came on the phone shouting about her girls and not going to argue with me. I am sorry but I was nothing but nice, and received nothing but abuse back. Disgusting way to run a business I realise they are busy but giving customers grief for a legitimate complaint is not on. It is now 19.00 and I still haven?t received my new order.

If I cud have given zero stars I wid have....so disappointed with wat has happened....order wrong and charged extra....tryed calling to be told I'm a liar and that no food will be changed or replaced....Mrs mcghee , owner apparently....won't be bak and wud urge all to order with caution....
