Phoned order into shop didn?t have what I was looking for , took my phone number and said she would try and get what I needed delivered by tomorrow , called me back as soon as she had arranged that for me , arranged for it to be delivered to my home , very pleasant helpful and courteous customer services , highly recommend A+

The staff are lovely & very knowledgeable about the products. I got great advice on food for my dog who I was worried about. The range of products is really good. I've never came away without the item I was looking for. I stay in Ayr & I drive to Maybole just to shop here. That's how highly I recommend it. A local company who thoroughly deserve the business. Oh, and my dog is eating a lot better now!!
