I had a cheese and onion scone which was lovely. Good coffee. My friends had both a full English and a gluten free vegetarian breakfast - finished plates always a good sign. You can take a lovely walk around the place and sit outside if you prefer.

Lovely fresh tasting food, eat inside and outside or takeaway. Home bakes and good food. Lovely location and nice walks for dogs too. It does get busy.

Took my mum there for her 80th surprise afternoon tea. It was absolutely fantastic - from location, service to the food. Excellent variety and value for money. Highly recommend x

I'd never been to strichen before, so I had no idea what the Lodge Restaurant would be like. However, it was lovely, set in a beautiful park with its own loch, the Lodge was warm and welcoming. The food was good, the helpings generous, and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

We visited the Lodge on Saturday 27 July for lunch. We had two dogs so sat on a bench outside. The food was delicious and the service was great, the girls in there are so pleasant. We love going there and will definitely be back xxx

Popped in for lunch today. I think we we were lucky to get a table. All of the food we ordered was lovely. I would certainly go there again.
Only downside was parking. Very small bays with almost no chance of being able to open the door sufficiently.
