Donald and his cousin Tracy could not of been more kind to my 3 year old who until today was terrified of hair cuts!Tracy seen my son struggling to even enter the shop, stopped what she was doing and reassured him and showed him how fun the salon can be.Donald put no pressure on him, allowed him to visit the salon as often as he liked, play with the toys, look at the clippers, scissors and look around the shop. Tonight he got his hair cut with no tears just laughter all thanks to Donald?s patience and kindness.We will be customers for life.Service: Kids' cuts
