Worst chippy I?ve ever been to. The chips were clearly frozen, not fresh at all. When I asked for some salt, I was rudely told to get it myself. The fish was tiny?honestly about the size of my hand?and somehow cost £15. Definitely not worth it.
I saw people nearby eating fish and chips by the harbour that looked amazing in comparison. I?d recommend having a proper look around before settling for this place. Wouldn?t go back.
Service was slow and unfriendly, and I didn?t feel welcome at all.
30 minute wait for a frozen lunch.. lol

I was looking for somewhere to eat when I got off the boat early in the morning and came across your cafe. What a lovely place to eat. It's very spacious and the bacon roll I had was excellent. The staff were friendly. I'll be popping in next week again.

Ordered a fish and chips take away which cost £15, most I've ever paid. They were frozen chips and not good. However, the fish was excellent. But for that price, c'mon, peel a tattie ! Oh, and the fish fitted in the container, not like the Facebook pictures I've seen.

Nice local feeling cafe relaxed and friendly. I wonder if the fish and chips were cooked from frozen. Price less than then other places to eat nearby. Spacious.

Food good. Fish very tasty. Staff not attentive, waited a long time to order and though not outright rude definitely not welcoming or friendly. Spent enough money to get better service than that. Food was good though.

A great cafe and great value too. Full breakfast excellent, sausage and egg roll excellent, and delicious piece of homemade cake. Staff friendly and helpful, service very quick.

Had a lovely fish and chips here. Staff happily put a couple of tables together to help our big group sit for a meal. Really sweet with the kids there aswell. Great little place for food and chat.

The breakfast was cooked perfectly. I asked for a fried slice and got an extra slice of lorne, that was probably my fault being english, maybe the don't call fried bread and fried slice. Either way I liked the extra lorne so that was not a problem. I would definitely return

Visited on Saturday 3rd of May. Very disappointing visit. Boring menu, overpriced food for what you get. Service was slow and unfriendly.

Very underwhelming experience. We came on the Jacobite train and were expecting some sort of welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very indifferent, the food was pricey for the taste and size of portions, we just felt like we're a nuisance rather than welcome guests. Should have just gone to Co-op for a sandwich and saved the money

Got off the Jacobite train and found this wonderfully calm and relaxing Cafe/Takeaway. Dog friendly. Offered doggie treats and water to our pooch which was enthusiastically received. Very reasonable prices considering what's on offer round the corner. Welcoming staff. A must visit before travelling back to Fort William.
