After contacting a few joiners who didn't respond to my queries, I found Andy after an online search and sent him a message asking for a quote which he quickly replied to. Within a few minutes of his first visit, Andy had pointed out a number of issues and I immediately felt very comfortable with him, and that he knew what he was talking about.
