Phoned up months ago to book a one-off cleaning of my home and was told somebody would get back to me later in the day as they were out on a job. I've still never heard back about that initial call.
I tried again earlier this month as I'm disabled and moving house and need all the help I can get. Wanted to give them another chance to see if it was just a bad time to call that first time. Was told once again that they'd call me back later on and never heard anything. I chased up a few days later and was told I'd be called that afternoon as they could see I was on their call list. Needless to say, I've sadly still not heard anything from them.
