The Firth Lossiemouth
Overall ??????????
Was a regular visitor pre-Covid, however since moving away from Lossiemouth and the regular staff leaving, we had not visited in years. However, last month for old times sake, my wife and I stopped at the The Firth on 2 occasions, the quality of food and service was excellent.
Food ??????????
We both had the chicken, bacon and cheese wrap and the quality was excellent. Good, succulent pieces of chicken breast, thick bacon with a thick BBQ source. This was served on a bed of salad and crisps. The meal was very filling and felt I had got value for money. It?s fair to say that I waited a good while for this meal (20mins) but then again this is not McDonalds and good food does take time.
Service ??????????
No complaints with the overall service, staff were respectful and well turned out. Unlike most restaurants they were not standing around doing nothing.
Environment ??????????
Clean, tidy with well spaced-out tables. Clearly the staff have taken pride with their roles and responsibilities.
Value for Money ??????????
£28.50 ? very reasonable for now days ??

8 of us had a lovely celebration meal today. The food was fantastic and the waiting staff friendly and helpful. It was very reasonable too. We will definitely be back.

Very nice location.
The service is absolutely competent and friendly!
Rooms: The room was very good for Scotland. Unfortunately, the seagulls padding around on the roof are a bit annoying. But it didn't bother us as much.
Food & drinks: The food was legendary! Never eaten anything so good! Definitely an absolute MUST! I mourned the rest of my journey and even now. It's almost impossible to find something this unique anymore.

Phantastischer Blick vom Zimmerfenster auf die Bucht den Strand und das Meer. Leider war das Zimmer sehr alt und klein, das Bett war wohl eher eine Ausziehcouch und das unbequemste auf unserer gesamten Schottlandreise. Die letzte Renovierung des Bades liegt wahrscheinlich auch schon sehr lange zurück. Aber der Blick hat vieles entschädigt.

We had dinner to take away, i wish we could have sat in but due to timing we got to take away.
But oh my god the food was amazing!
The burger was so juicy and FULL of flavour!
We will be back to sit in next time. Hopefully this week but if not then we will make sure to stop in.

Had food in the restaurant, dog friendly so that was a plus, food took a while to come out but was very tasty.

We only ate there in the evening in a group of 5 people, the food was good but we had to wait about 1 hour for the food. Saw they had a lot of people so I understand.

Small, fine hotel right on the beach. The room was very small, but the space was used in the best possible way. Dinner in the restaurant was extremely good. Only the continental breakfast was very poor. Unfortunately there were only croissants wrapped in plastic and some Kellog's. Therefore no full points.

Stopped for food at night - didn?t stay.Good/average pub grub. Service good and friendly. Had the burger which was tasty and well cooked.Decor average pub restaurant with wooden floors and tables throughout, popular music on in background. A nice and pleasant visit and place to eat if in the area and looking for your standard, decent pub grub.Food & drinks: Good/average pub grub. Service good and friendly.
