An American tourist, I was passing through Lockerbie on a Wednesday morning in April, and I was meet with the absolutely kindest staff! Undoubtedly, I was not used to the level of detail in customer service! Having returned back to the States two weeks ago, my adoration for Greggs has continued to this day! Thank you for the wonderful service. You guys have a great team!

Asked for 2 sausage rolls and a chicken bake, after eating the 2 sausage rolls before I got on my train I then had what I thought was a chicken bake, but it wasn?t a chicken bake, it was a bean melt or whatever they are called, actually just ruined my day, cheers .

We when to the Lockerbie common riding for the first time on Saturday, and we were very early after shopping, so about 8 or 9 a clock. So we just wounderd about until the common riding. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Brillant. I would definitely recommend.
Parking: We managed to find a free parking. But very busy that day as the common riding.
