“Popped into Johns with a nasty eye infection, I was not a customer of his but I still received 5star care from the moment I stepped inside the opticians. The receptionist was brilliant and John was also brilliant. He really went out his way for me and I felt I was getting such brilliant care. He stayed behind after hours to accommodate my work schedule and even came in on a weekend to check up on my progress. I could not recommend enough, a brilliant local optician, exemplary care. “I had an eye emergency today and went in to this opticians on the off chance I could be seen as I’m not registered anywhere in Lockerbie, the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful and the optician went out of his way to accommodate me. Turns out it was an infection that could have turned in to something more serious if the optician hadn’t given me the thorough check over that he did and referred me to the hospital. He was really kind and so professional, really glad I went in and wish I lived in Lockerbie so he could be my regular optician. Thank you so much x”
