Lovely vegetarian breakfast ,it would have been even better with some eggs .
It was really nice ,harsh brown weren?t oily ,I loved the spinach and avocado on the side . I really enjoyed it and My daughter loved her pancakes. She kept going hmm ? delicious. The bacon was grilled not fried .just perfect .she wanted chocolate but I?m glad they didn?t come with chocolate?
Service was okay ,the girl came to clean our table and sprayed the table with the cleaning spray and it was spraying all over us.

Popped in en route to the Highlands, a couple of minutes from the M74. Had a huge Scottish breakfast, absolutely delicious, plus really friendly staff. A great find.

We stopped here on our way south as they were dog friendly. Really good menu choice, well cooked and very welcoming. Not pretentious or overpriced, just good homely food done well.

We came for lunch, food was slow to come out 30-45min wait. The omelette was really very poor, burnt looked like scrambled eggs couldn't eat it. They also seemed to have forgotten we ordered it. Would not return or recommend this place.

I've always loved this place, good quality food, friendly staff and a vibrant atmosphere. But... recently prices have gone up, and portion sizes have become smaller. I no longer feel that I'm getting value for money, the food didn't feel like it was worth the menu price. This is the only cafe I have ever visited that charges extra for toast and tea with a breakfast. The staff were less friendly and although I don't visit often, it was clear that its popularity with the locals has gone down because it wasn't as busy as usual. There's other cafes in the town and I'll be trying one of those next time.
