I?m not in the habit of reviewing gas stations in foreign countries, but this place has the rudest staff I?ve come across in Scotland. Asking for cream for a coffee was like we were asking for a free side of caviar with gold leaf. Skip it unless you?re out of gas completely.

Used to be a good petrol station, now it's a coffee shop trying to promote self-service paying for fuel. It seems regular paying customers of fuel at this FUEL station are forgotten about while other customers are prioritised who want an over priced coffe or hot drink.

Exceptionally friendly service today, wish I'd got the bloke's name so I could praise publicly, white male, maybe 5ft8, slim build, shaved head. Hope his bosses see this, he's a credit to BP, made me enjoy having to stop for fuel which is quite an achievement ?

Went into the BP fuel station as didn't fancy the que in the other place. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They helped me choose a cracking New York Deli Sandwich and after a 6 hour journey from Thurso, it was really a breath of fresh air compared to the other stations I had stopped at. Great team and great service ??

The screenwash filling station at the furthest left pump has a minimum of £3 which is cheaper than buying the smallest bottle - but it doesn't take £3 to fill up a medium hatchback from empty.
The toilets at the BP petrol station (I didn't go to the main services building) are one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen on the motorway. Highly recommend if you need to make a quick pit stop. It's M&S Food though inside which is quite pricey.

Nice area, but one chef with a STINKING attitude.! The Patty on its own that was ordered by a Female with her son, was for our dog who had traveled from Glasgow down and was hungry. Also when someone asks for a Big Mac it doesn?t mean a cold stinking bun with a whole lettuce on top. You?re lucky a young lass was standing or else you would have got a mouth full ya cheeky wee s**t.

The staff are always polite which is a reflection that they enjoy their work.

One of the better garages out there. Well stocked M&S products and the place has decent toilets.The staff are very polite and courteous, especially Marie who is awesome. Always makes me laugh. Good garage.
