This is an excellent convenience store with a huge variety of goods for a local shop including pretty much everything you could need at reasonable prices. The staff could be a bit more welcoming but it was close to closing time so I imagine they were tired coming towards the end of their shift. Very impressed that they stock a variety of hummus - one of my favourite foods! Overall a very good place to stock up on essentials.

This is a great little shop. Has a good range of products, frozen food, pet food, alcohol etc. Has a Post Office inside so you can withdraw cash here too ,if needed.Also is the local petrol station, sells logs and kindling, coal etc.It is the main shopping store for the village. Staff are lovely and helpful.

It?s ironic that this shop has a sign on display stating that they will not put up with rudeness to their staff when I have never had the misfortune to encounter such rude and surly staff. No acknowledgement or hello when I walked in and said hello to the member of staff behind the till, and when paying for my items the member of staff good barely contain her contempt at having to serve me. I noticed that the person served before me was treated in a totally different manner, the staff member was helpful and friendly to them. Was it because they spoke with a Scottish accent, where as I am English?

CLOSED ON SUNDAY'S! Even it says open until 5:30pm. No explanation on the door why. At another store I've been told that they are closed due to staff shortage. Fair enough at least put a note on the door and change the info on the website, but nothing.When I went into the shop when it was finally open the lady behind the counter couldn't be more unhelpful. I was under the impression she hates her job and doesn't like english people. So we went to the Inver Park Store, Lochinver, Lairg IV27 4LN !! So helpful, friendly and professional and OPEN! I can highly recommend this shop. :-)

Wish I'd had the courage to walk out. Couldn't be any less helpful. Was barked at to sanitise my hands as I made my way through the crowd of people who were surrounding it so that the dispenser was out of sight. No thankyou or anything after turning round and having to walk through the crowd of people a second time and then a third time to continue on into the shop (logic?). I was made to feel like a small child being scolded, it was just completely rude the way it was done. Felt rather uncomfortable walking around the shop after that which considering the importance they put on sanitising is not socially distanced at all. When being served I then asked if they sold stamps - was told in a very condescending manner that Scotland doesn't sell stamps on a sunday, that's fine, my mistake. So I then asked for advice on where locally but further south that I might be able to buy stamps from tomorrow as I won't still be here then and the response I got couldn't have been ruder. Felt very much that it was all because of my English accent that I was treated this way as I overheard a Scottish bloke asking for similar advice on local places and he received a very different and much politer response. I understand the locals frustration with tourism but as a business surely you should be at least be trying to make the most out of a bad situation and making money off all the 'tourists' rather than being rude to them. Disgusting attitude and when I visit my friend who lives in the area again I will definitely not be giving you my custom again and strongly advise others don't where possible either.

Entered this store myself an Italian and my friend a Pakistani, and were welcomed terribly. Constant looks of disgust from the employees.It felt uncomfortable to be in the store, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STOP HERE.
