We had dinner at Peet's twice and enjoyed both immensely. Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to eat at a table outside even though the restaurant was fully booked both times. Food was excellent with good portions and the black haired waitress gave us some laugh out loud moments. Pro Tip: If you plan on eating at Peet's, slather yourself in Smidge (including ears and hairline) and then ask for an outdoor table. The midges will leave you alone and you get to enjoy the beautiful view of the Loch and village while chatting with all the people waiting to be seated inside. Offer those people the use of your Smidge as an ice breaker - works like a charm!

We enjoyed our dinner there a lot. Although the restaurant was fully booked everything went very smoothly and it was a lovely evening indeed. We highly recommend this place

Food was excellent, service was very good, and I may be being a bit mean dropping a star for a bit of a wait for our food, as it was busy.

Sorry but the £9 mango 'sprits' was really quite bad and I just wanted a nice cocktail for my birthday. It didn't taste of mango... it was the cheap cocktail bauble decorations you get as stocking gifts that you pour in Prosecco... maybe ok for £5/6 but almost a tenner... didn't expect that for a restaurant.

Fantastic atmosphere, great choices on the menu and the food was amazing. Salmon bruschetta, langoustines and then the toasted marshmallow dessert all were fabulous!!

One of the best restaurants we?ve been to in Scotland. Food is simply delicious - we had the fish plateau and the fish pie. I recommend this to anyone. It?s not fancy but clean and the food is simply delicious and fresh and prices are good.

The food was amazing. The seafood platter was incredible. The restaurant was too hot. Not the greatest ventilation

This is a great restaurant, one I would highly recommend, We had the shared seafood platter with some great starters.
Staff were so lovely, food was on point and the atmosphere was lively. Had a great night! Most enjoyable!

Went as nowhere else was serving food at 3pm on a Sunday. Vibes were a bit dead even though server was friendly. Kids meals really expensive compared to everywhere else I?ve ever eaten with my 4 year old in UK including London. Didn?t even include a juice which I thought was tight. Kids Cheeseburger was dry and it cost £9. Chips were fresh from freezer. A tiny scoop of ice cream served in a larger bowl was an additional £2.25 - felt stingy. I had the Cullen skink and it was way over-salted. The homemade bread didn?t taste fresh and it just felt very overpriced for the food quality. We were hungry and desperate so it served a purpose but I wouldn?t return in a hurry.

We saw the reviews and had thought about it and then met someone from Lochinver on a walk over on the east coast and then recommended it.
Pretty busy for a Monday evening. Service was friendly and prompt.
Food was exceptional. We shared aranchini starter and I both had different specials and one special dessert and one from the menu. Good sized portions and really well cooked and superbly flavoured dishes.
Not cheap but better than we have had for 20% more where we are from.
Shame we are only passing through!
