We stopped in the the view restaurant today for some lunch. Waited for more than 5 mins before someone came over and had us seated, no apology for the wait. We were sat down and given menus. No drink orders taken any time soon.

Smartish restaurant environment with a reasonably promising-looking menu, but let down by mediocre frozen food not justifying the prices, and waiting staff of varying ability, evidently due to frequent turnover of staff / short tenure seasonal workers.
