Asked a very basic query by email regarding a serious housing issue which could have been answered in a couple of seconds. The Bureau replied saying they were too busy to help me and told me to phone a National helpline instead. In the time and space of writing these sentences, they actually could have helped with my problem!Clearly they can?t be bothered helping people. I can?t understand why the office even exists then.
