Popped in for the 2nd time this month while driving North. I now drive this way just so we can pop into Mhor for lunch. The service and food is second to none! The guys go out of their way to make our lunch stop the best they can! They bring water for our dog, are so genuingly friendly and courteous. It really doesn't get better than this. Just a great relaxed, lovely experience with incredible food. Thanks, we appreciate it!

**restaurant review only**Visited for lunch and tea & cake on a recent stay at Ardoch Lodge up the road. Really laid back vibe and you can bring your dog - we did and it was hassle free. Fantastic food and the cakes get a special mention. We really enjoyed the music! Whoever is choosing it, well done - it put us a in good mood and we had fun guessing the artist! The shop next door is great for a browse - interesting mix of cool stuff. I bought a print to frame and some great cards.Noteworthy details: Dog friendly, brilliant cakes, laid back vibe, great background music

I really love Mhor84I've dined here so many times over the past few years, on my way to Glencoe and beyond and recently I also enjoyed a superb lunch, brunch and dinner (not on the same day!!!) whilst staying in a boutique wood cabin at nearby Ardoch Lodge (in Strathyre) - which is also well worth a visit! At Mhor 84 I'd definitely recommend the Fish n Chips or one of their brunch specials ( esp. the delicious Eggs Benedict) all accompanied by their very own delicious Sourdough breadI was driving so had a Zero alcohol Estrella Galicia, whilst my wife enjoyed an Aperol Spritz cocktail and on yet another recent trip we indulged ourselves with their deliciously OTT "Blondie" which has a white chocolate Creme egg perched on top!!! (still not sure how they do it!!)You should go soon if you up that way (Strathyre, Killin, Lochearnhead) although I've also popped up a couple of times from my home in Edinburgh as the journey time is less tan 90 minutesSlainte Mheath!!

Can?t comment on the rooms as we didn?t stay. However, the breakfast was lovely and it?s well worth stopping in if you?re passing and feeling hungry.

Wanted to go to Lochearn Head but all the hotels there were closed because I was there during winter. Asked around and was told to try Mhor 84. I had a great time there. The steak was excellent. I have fond memories of the place and would recommend anyone to have dinner there if not to stay there for a night or two.
