Driver held up the street blocking traffic both ways, which I understand he needed to delivery. But he then took time to light a cigarette, play with his phone, very slowly walk back to his lorry, then played with his phone some more before slowly putting his belt on and taking as much time as possible before driving away. This level of selfishness, arrogance and complete disregard for the general public is just not acceptable.

I had a few issues with my delivery and wasn't happy atall with the condition of my materials. But instead of being a keyboard warrior I went in and explained my concerns and showed them the pix I took of the damages. And all that I can say is they took my concerns very professionally and explained that they themselves were disappointed with the condition of my goods..And they went out off there way to make sure I was happy with ther apologies and reinbursed me well above my satisfaction. So we'll done Travis perking. .

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.We haven't any experience in ordering in bulk but the people at Loanhead managed the whole interaction with skill and courtesy.The delivery driver (Lawrie) was amazing - it was going to be so much easier for us to have the delivery around the back but easier for him to deliver at the front. After an amazing piece of skilled driving, our order was beautifully placed round the back. Excellent job. Thanks to all.

First visit the other day to TP in Loanhead. I normally use the Perth branch but as I am working on an Edinburgh Project needed a local supply. Staff are super friendly and and very helpful. Although they don?t have huge sticks of timber they usually have what I need.Friendly staff - the manager know me by name even though I?m a fairly infrequent customer - who go out of their way to help.The only issue I have (which is with all of the builders merchants) is that they?ll price things according to fairly random criteria and if they think you?re a member of public rather than trade they?re happy to scalp you!

Waste of time. I bought materials from this depot on Tuesday, was told they would be delivered on Thursday. I live a half mile from their depot. No delivery on Thursday, the driver said the road was "closed". Impossible - it's an access road for two businesses and a residential area. Re-scheduled delivery for Friday. Again no show. The star is for the counter staff who seemed competent. Taking my business elsewhere.
