First of all they delivered part of our order to someone else then came back with it from the person they?d given it to rather than replace the item, secondly the pizza that was correctly delivered to us was really poor quality. It was stale and inedible, ended up just chucking it in the bin it was that bad. Shame as this place used to be half decent but they?ve gone completely down hill. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else

Used to be good now everytime ordering have to complain. also very expensive for the quality of food provided.. and presentation makes you want to throw it back at them.

I have ordered twice now to our house in Penicuik, (would not recommend even though its 15 mins away) last time was over a 2hr wait with cold food so was given £10 from the driver, this time it said 40 min delivery which came and went so called to be told it was on the way after 1 hr 10. Driver arrived an 1hr 40 mins after ordered with coldish food that needed reheated again.

Absolutely love this Chippy, the food is fresh and cooked to perfection and the staff are always friendly & helpful.
Portion Sizes are very good, it might be slightly more expensive than other chippy?s but it?s so much more worth it.
Keep up the Fantastic Work all the Dino?s Staff, it?s very much appreciated.

Every time I order from Dino"s on the Just Eat app, they claim not to have any delivery drivers available, if you can't make the delivery, why do you offer this service?? On a Saturday night.
