Staff rude in store and over the phone. Placed an order for delivery, hoping this may be a better experience. Wrong! After waiting 4 hours, no communication, phone kept being out down on me I eventually cancelled my delivery. Will not be back

I go to the cafe at Asda Straiton and I am in a wheelchair, the young girl who serves me, Brogan, she is so kind , patient and helpful, well done Asda

Shopping late at night and when the self checkout needs approval nobody comes to assist you. This has happened twice in two weeks. Ended up leaving the shopping at the till.

Was in Stration on Sunday morning with a young man in an electric wheelchair. Jonathan came to rescue and helped me without hesitation and then helped me out to the van. Customer service at it's finest he's always so pleasant.

The cafe in Straiton have such nice staff. The girl goes beyond herself to help and nothing is too much for her. Plus she is coping with no dishwasher for last 2 days.....

Went to asda Cafe today but was unable to offer me anything on the menu. It was 2.10pm on Tuesday. I can accept that she couldn't offer me one or two items, but felt suspicious if she could not offer any.

Went in to buy my boy a jacket today and there was loads of girls jackets all in different sizes and 2 boy jackets that stopped at aged 9-10. The clothing for boys in the shop is getting worse.

Very rude staff. Shop assistant Jamma. I'm shocked. I didn't speak to her, and didn't ask her about anything. She came to me and ordered to leave the shop, because she was doing reductions and felt stressed, when someone was in her department. Fortunately I have never seen such rudeness before. She is the best!

Incompetent staff, waited over an hour to update my order saying the main thing I needed was unavailable and I?m not able to cancel the order.
I find it really hard to believe that emergency products were completely out of stock on a Wednesday afternoon. Sym x10
