I purchased a mattress with delivery to first floor room of choice and instead it was dumped on my doorstep with the courier back in her van before I?d even fully answered the door. It is now blocking my hallway as I can?t manage to get it upstairs. As I now want to return, I?ve been told that the only way it can be returned is if I arrange and pay for the return courier myself and then I?ll get a refund. Dreadful service and dreadful customer service
