A book shop is one of my happy places and Waterstones is one of the best. The books are easily accessible and in a logical order. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is well lit and there is plenty of room to move around. The coffee shop upstairs is a delightful bonus

This is my favourite Waterstones branch. The atmosphere is cosy and the staff are always really friendly even when it's busy. I always end up having a little chat with them about some book or another whenever I'm in. I particularly like that the staff get to select their own music, because it makes the store feel more unique.... read full comment
