Last night me and my partner tried Wagamama for the very first time as it was recommended to us by a lovely girl called dahlia who works there, the whole experience was fantastic, as soon as we walked in we were introduced by the lovely manager who sat us and told us all about the menu and dietary requirements (luckily we didn?t have any) then the evening went on and we were served by a extremely friendly girl called Lauren M who made us laugh and feel very comfortable, the food came and the food was phenomenal, every dish was beautiful and the drinks were so yummy too?. The decor in the restaurant is also beautiful - peaceful and relaxing ? the staff all looked like they worked very well together which in hospitality is very important and got on great?.. we have found our new favourite local restaurant and will most certainly be back again ? thank you too the whole Wagamama team for the experience, I would recommend to everybody to try

the ramen was cold, the dunburi has too much rice w 1 tiny piece of chicken. Not worth £15 at all. Never ever coming back here. Staff were lovely though.

The food was pretty good but expensive, the salad came with the katzu curry you parts of the food did taste like vinegar due to the beets however you could probably ask to not have a salad if that?s not your thing. The customer service was pretty good. If I had to name an issue it would probably be the table lay out. It?s rows of built in chairs/benches wasn?t too bad when I went because how quiet it was but I can imagine it being a little overwhelming during busier periods.Parking: The parking lot it across the road/can view from the venue, however may be challenging for those with limited mobility.Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of child friendly options. Due to table layout may be difficult to have a child sit at the same seat for long periods of time and reach the table well.Wheelchair accessibility: The building itself is wheelchair accessible however finding a place to put the chair is limited due to table layout.

First time dining here. Enjoyed menu and food. Found it reasonable cost - and loved the dish I had that was great on calories too!!!

Wagamama, to me, is definitely a five-star restaurant in its price range. There is a good selection of asian food that are designed to also appeal to local tastebuds.I can recommend the ramen, steamed buns, and rice dishes, with a sake on the side.

Having been a huge Wagamama?s fan, was very disappointed in my recent experience. Service was slow but for me the real disappointment was the very poor quality food. Chilli Squid starter was pretty bland the Chicken Katsu curry was awful - quality of the chicken was nasty and to the point where I left part of my meal - which was a first at this chain. The accompanying salad was also pretty underwhelming. I had a similar experience in this chain?s Belfast restaurant recently which I put down to a one off but seems the quality and standards have dropped as significantly as the prices have risen. Probably will be my last visit which is a shame.

For some strange reason you have to pay to park in the carpark opposite ?. But anyway the restaurant is fine. Clean and tidy with helpful staff, they were even helpful with families with little kids. Simple menu with fresh and interesting Japanese style dishes. Had a mushroom starter and some pork ramen. The ramen soup base was not as good as it by used to be at wagamamas so a bit disappointing there. Food was fresh and nice. Slightly less than it used to be for me in my humble opinion.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Good stuff.Parking: Paid parking only, as people have accepted that so they will keep asking for money. Will go elsewhere in future.

Appalling customer service from the ?management? Long wait. Starter arrived cold. They did replace however it was half way through my main dish, so I had the choice of letting it go cold again or stop eating my main meal to allow it to go cold whilst I ate my starter?i was lucky to get a main, my partners dinner was completely forgotten about. He left hungry as we didn?t have time to wait any longer. I would not recommend and we definitely won?t be back.
