The art of making people feel wonderful is quite a gift. It is a combination of many things, compassion, understanding and a zest for life to name but a few.
I had brought my little girls to Livingston for a treat and we found our way meandering to Waga Mamas. Becca the waitress brought a vibe to the table that lit my girls eyes up. Listening to her conversing to two twelve year old girls as if she had known them for forever was incredible. I find it hard to put what I?m thinking in writing but I can only try.
My girls left Waga Mamas with a big smile on their faces because Becca had gone more than the extra mile to effortlessly make them feel special. She treated them like young ladies who were dining at the Ritz and made me feel so proud of the way they instantly warmed to her.
Becca?s parents deserve a shout out too and I hope they get to see this. We all want our children to be the best they can. We invest the most important thing we can which is time into them. You both have done well with your daughter.
Thank you Waga Mama for hiring amazing teams, giving young people the space to shine and providing amazing food too.
A delighted customer that got much more than he paid for.

Disappointed tonight noodle dish both ours was very dry and stodgy which is not like waggas, plus the dumplings with beef brisket I think and Kim chee where was the Kim chee, we seen none and tasted none and the it's getting pricey.

A bustling but not overly busy restaurant. Food was great and the service was excellent. Our waitress Erin was fast, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Table 341 - 9th Feb 6PM - pathetic service. Sending out cold food. Ordered tofu firecracker. Food was cold to touch, maybe a long wait before getting served to me. Veggies were burnt, and dry. Asked for extra firecracker sauce. And I eventually finished the food, but sauce never turned up. Fix your crew! Ask them to focus on serving the customers rather than just being present to clock the hours for pay! You can rather sit in front of a supermarket with a coffee cup, and make that money instead of serving cold food to customers at a big food chain.

We are here as a family of 3. I have a few food intolerances and the waiter asked his manager to come over and take my order, waww! This lady was first class, she recommended a dish and arranged for it to be specially prepared. Never had personal service like it before! A true credit to Wagamama, thanks ?

Food took a while to arrive, was 4 of us so not massive group and place was quieter than normal. 3 mains came out then I was asked what my order was, then the starters came out. Not impressed with the very small amount of noodles in my dish. Bang bang cauliflower was not as fiery as other wagamama restaurants not alot of fried greens either.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff were amazing and extremely polite I asked for a recommendation and was not let down by the hot honey fried chicken ? Absolutely delicious!!
