Love the way the cinema is laid out. You can book online to save time having to queue. Staff are very helpful and helpful. The cinema seats are comfortable.Enjoyed our visit.

Yesterday I tried watching Five Nights at Freddie's with my friends, as soon as we entered I saw parents arguing about their child wanting to see the movie but not being allowed to. We weren't allowed to watch the movie either because apparently we need ID to show despite the fact its obvious who is old and who is young. We weren't even given a refund on the tickets we bought. Wasted £20 that day, cinema tickets and getting to the cinema by bus. I don't blame the employees as they were just doing their job, its VUE the company's fault.

Went to see the new trolls movie, wasn't any people in but I got 2 free tickets through my sky app.I'm a gold vip plus member and I can get 2 free tickets per month

We bought the so called better seats.......the chairs were leather but ripped, no cup holders, and uncomfortable. We paid extra fir these seats. The cheaper seats looked much more comfortable.....bigger, fabric and softer.We bought nachos.......not guacamole, no sour cream, wasn't very nice and definitely not worth the price

Went recently to see The Nun 2 and the staff were lovely but the screen itself was dirty and the dark scenes of the movie were near impossible to see clearly due to the lens/projector clearly not having been cleaned or serviced in some time. It made the movie watching experience rather poor.

Great cinema complex on the upper floor of the shopping centre. We had a full day out, shopping then a meal, finishing of with a film.Lots of film choices and comfortable seats.

Great cinema, variety of different screen sizes and comfy seats. Worth travelling over from Fife to this one instead of the Odeon in dunfermline, much better value for money

Decent number of screens and comfy enough. Expensive food but good options nearby. Would prefer if they upgraded to recliners.

Great availability for most titles even on the day of big releases. Standard seats have good visibility, saver seats are not too close.VIP is the only let down with no recliners.Staff are all very friendly and happy to help out.Our go to cinema choice.

It is a shame. It used to be a nice place. But now in desperate need of being updated. Seats are really bad. Go not like their approach to pricing.odt old people go not have apps and PC to get the best prices

Went to see transformers film there was no queues to get in,they where cleaning the cinema area they should of not let us in till it was cleaned.the food can be expensive to buy we got cold ice drink as it was a hot day they are refreshing they gave us extra straw as half way had to replace straw and still left alot in the bottom of my cup the solution to this is a spoon to scoop the rest or wooden stick,as its not the cheapest drink as wasted some...the staff are friendly and helpful..was in the VIP seats more leg room.

Arrived at the cinema at 10 am on the 26th of june and it was closed.. there was no sign saying why they were shut or how long for ... we sat there for just under 3 hours before it had finally opened .. the lights were left on for half of the movie which ruined part of the experience.. but other than that, the movie was amazing !

Went to see the new guardians of the galaxy, paid for VIP seats 16:20 showing on the 26thThe seats that we paid extra to sit in had popcorn all over them they were sticky.Place was disgusting. Honestly pay all that money you expect to have better experience. Will not be going there again
