We were just passing and thought let's have a quick look ,After having a chat with Michaela we booked our summer holiday .All I can say is she made our choice easy and she certainly helped in every way she could , also the manager ( laura i think ) helped with the price and even bet the online prices.Honestly pop in and the girls will sort you out . I would give 10 stars if it let me .Thanx again michaela

Natalie in this store listened to our holiday requirements and researched the best deal for us. She was friendly, polite and patient with us while we deliberated the options. It is a number of years since I booked a trip in a branch but would definitely do it again as we got some extras we wouldn't have had we booked directly online. We are looking forward to Corfu ( and Albania) later this summer.

We went to have a look at honeymoons as both didn?t know where to choose . Grace gave us some options to look at and both decided a cruise was best. Grace was very professional , friendly and very easy to talk to. Nothing was too much for them to do and we felt very welcome. They gave us lots of ideas and good pointers to help us out for when we go on our cruise in 2025. I also put the wrong email address in and they managed to sort that out right away for me. I highly recommend going in here to book a holiday. Great team , friendly smiles , great deals & discounts!! We can?t wait to go on our honeymoon. Thank you so much Grace ?

after going in last week and the staff member being pretty much not interested and having lack of customer service skills I was reluctant to go bk. but decided not to let one person put me of. So I called up to get the store to match the price I saw online. I wasn't to happy I had to go in but it wasn't the lassies fault it couldn't all be done over phone and her service had been good on the phone. Her name was miceala. I went in to store and Liz took over. She was really nice, helpful and friendly, the woman behind her I can't remember her name ( short brown hair ) was friendly to. Such a difference from last weeks experience. I'd definitely book again with either of these 3 woman

Lynne is so nice and welcoming, and she was also incredibly helpful! We were undecided about our honeymoon destination and she patiently took us through a lot of options. Lynne then suggested an option that was perfect for us, and we just followed her suggestion. She also made the process for booking very smooth, being very available and accommodating despite our busy working hours.
