Waited almost and hour to pay in some money. Understaffed and head office does nothing about it. Joke.
Also, what bank doesn?t have an option to reveal the pin? Waiting 7 days for it to come via mail is a joke.

No options to leave a quick call back request just ?we?re too busy with customers in the branch? - I?m a customer with a very quick question ?of course forces you to online services (there v soon will be no other kind) not impressed

Worst banking experience of any banks in Livingston. Provided incorrect information and as a result had to visit the bank three times to complete my simple transaction. On last visit stood and waited to get someone to complete the transaction. A member of staff got up from her desk looked directly at me walked past and into the back room. While I was there other customers gave up waiting and left. The male member of staff did not offer any help when I told him of the misinformation I had been provided with giving me the impression I was to blame.
Only the woman on the cash desk was polite, friendly and helpful.
This was not a pleasant experience.
Be warned allow extra time if you go there for banking.

whats the point of having a bank open to 5pm when you cant pull your own money out after 4pm
sometimes they should think of the working man

Unbelievable customer service from Buba Dibaga today in your Livingston branch. Had an issue which was resolved quickly with no problems. Will decently be back!

Ridiculous only one branch for whole west lothian getting shut for renovation work without any notice! Did you even thought about your disabled customers sending them as far as edinburgh to next nearest brunch ? Instead doing renovation over weekend nights ? Terrible... branch in Bathgate and Broxburn does not exist no more and that ! Thats terrible
