“What a joy. It has been ages since I last booked with a travel agency instead of just online by myself cause it felt always cheaper and less complicated. But this experience convinced me that the holidays can actually start with the booking process. We were a little bit of a special case because my mum and I want to spend a week in a hotel with half board on Mallorca but she will fly from Germany and I from Edinburgh. Michelle made it all easy for us and booked everything so that my mum would only need to book her own flight from Germany. German travel agencies said that wouldn’t be possible to do.Michelle (Livingston branch) was very kind, knowledgable and patient while I was simultaneously talking to my mum on the phone to keep her posted.And it was cheaper than booking everything separately ourselves.So we are extremely grateful and looking forward to our mother daughter week in June.Thanks again.”
