The member of staff who served me, was in my opinion rude, when I approached the counter, and anouced I was there for a click and collect, she turned away without any acknowledgement of me, so I was left wondering if I was at the right place, I asked if I was at the right place, and informed her I'm not a mind reader, then she had plenty to say with such an attitude, all it would have taken was just a slight bit of acknowledgement instead of absolutely nothing, made me feel I was an inconvenience to her, usually a great shop I'm in there all the time, just takes one to spoil it

Visited this store recently and was very impressed with the variety and quality of the goods available. There were a number of items on sale and even though there was a transition in stock to Halloween products the disruption was kept to a minimum. Staff with smiley faces were on hand to assist customers throughout the store ?. Based on this visit I would certainly recommend this store.

Great place to get house, car and garden necessities and decor. Also well stocked in good-priced birdseed, worms and all kinds of accessories.

Dreadful customer till service- had a basket full of items- one of which the employee said did not have a bar code - asked me if I still wanted the item- which I thought was strange as it was in my basket ! When I said yes he then told me again that it didn?t have a bar code and was there any more- I said I didn?t know- never paid any attention- he then asked me where I had got the item - I told him household- he then asked me AGAIN if I still wanted the item - again I said yes- he then put it to one side with the discounted items I had which also seemed to annoy him as he had to get another employee to ring through the discount - he then asked me AGAIN if I wanted the item that didn?t have a bar code and by this time I felt obligated to say NO - he then told a waiting customer that he should have been finished and couldn?t serve them - I get his shift was finished but if you?re going to serve someone at least do it right - not the customers fault that items aren?t coded correctly

Jam packed with crafty items! Has a pet section which is fairly robust with a variety of items for different pets. Would love a sale or discount section inside. Everything reasonably priced.
