I notice most 1 star are from drivers complaining about hygiene and rude desk personnel.
While I might agree with the second reason, drivers should also try and take a shower sometimes, use a deodorant, aim the toilet bowl, flush and clean after they use it, don't lay/sleep on the benches in their waiting room - meaning to occupy only one seat, throw their garbage and coffee cups in the bins, do not destroy the couches, do walk single file and not holding hands shoulder to shoulder and so on, lower the volume when they listen to music in the waiting room etc....you got the idea. Drivers.

Easy process to go in on the entrance gate, you need a ref number starting with the letters LC... The entire registration process to the step-by-step system is displayed on the screen. After that a ramp is immediately assigned. You run to the ramp, bring the keys to the office (office halfway along the ramps) and the keys to the deposit box (you open it by entering the number plates of the truck and the ramp you are standing under). In the waiting area the screen displays the entire unloading process. There are toilets and free coffee.

Goods out staff are really helpful and polite, a really good place to pick up a trailer can’t do enough to help you, goods out however staff have same attitude as lidl Eurocentral to drivers
