Servant was rude never gave enough time for order, never listened to order correctly & after a few interruptions and breaks I had to remind him several times what I wanted. Absolute 0 customer skill, how these people get a job is beyond me.

On 01/12 at 13:30 - Absolutely ridiculous. Stood in queue with other people for 15 minutes to eventually asking why is nobody getting served. Delivery was being prioritised instead of customers that come into the shop. 1 hour wait apparently if you wanted to order. Wrong priorities

My experience at Subway tonight was disappointing. I arrived at 8:40 pm, only to be told by the staff that the shop closed at 8:30 pm. However, Google Maps indicated a closing time of 9 pm. This inconsistency in timing led to confusion and inconvenience.

Food is reasonable, could be better, they scrimp on salad so need to keep asking for more of X etc.The usual staff are ok. If you want a lunchtime salad box or sandwich go in 30/40 minutes early. They tend to leave customers queuing and concentrate on just eat/deliveroo orders. I'm not sure if this is what they've been told to do, or just can't cope with the volume of business at lunchtime.

Ordered a foot long ham sub and nachos, waited an hour and a half nearly for this order (it?s a 12 min drive), only for it to have a 6inch sub, no big deal everyone makes mistakes? so I thought I?d phone them, the phone number found everywhere for this subway? doesn?t exist, it instantly hangs up. Tried it on 3 phones. Really poor. Not to mention how terrible the half sub I got was. Insane amount of sauce

Wasn?t even served. Meant to be open at 7am. Was told at 7:05 to give the lad time to set up. No chance, should?ve been in there since 6:30 setting up. Disgrace, a day without breakfast, fantastic.

Didn't even bother to try and deliver, we missed the phone call so didn't even leave it downstairs. So now lost the money and no food and contact number is not recognised

Wouldn?t recommend getting deliveries from this subway, every time we have ordered there has been items missing. We then went in to the store to get the items that were missing as it was a whole meal they hadn?t put in and asked for our delivery charge back as we had to go down to the shop, however, we were refused even that! Their attitude towards the situation was horrible. They also left 3 people in the queue waiting for 15 minutes before starting to serve them. If I could give no stars then I would!

I thought I would order a Subway through Just Eat today instead & everything was to perfection. Subway was lovely, ate every bit. Was very fast delivery, on time, lovely people delivering & I am so happy. I will be ordering again from you all. Thank you so much for my tasty Subway ? was a lovely wee treat, just what I needed!
