A lovely barista this morning. Didn?t catch his name but tall guy with bleach blonde hair. He was so so kind. Another customer had picked up a food item from my order thinking it was theirs. He was so sweet, apologised and gave me a free cake pop for the wait. Amazing customer service and such a kind guy! He?s definitely a credit to the team! Loved my coffee as always ????

Rosanne at this Starbucks is outstanding! She always greets customers with genuine warmth, remembers my usual order, and makes each visit great . Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly set this location apart. Highly recommend stopping by to see Rosanne?s stellar service!

This is a overall horrible place to dine I had a horrible experience with ordering The worker was so crabbit and was being so rude by telling be to hurry up and she called me a weirdo but then she passed my croissant to me and when I took it out the bag there was a spider so I complained and she said I was being delusional then thru my drink at my car that she hadn?t given me yet it took so long they were rude and they scratched my car I?m disgusted

Asked for my Extra Dry cappuccino which it wasn?t !! there?s nothing worse when you ask for cappuccino! and you receive a latte ?or cappuccino with to much milk ? But the young lady quickly corrected order for me and it was just perfect thank you to the Barista ? ??

We haven't used Starbucks before. My wife is autistic and had no idea what flavours Starbucks do. Unfortunately the menu is right at the microphone. She never got a chance to read it before she was hurried into making a decision. When she asked what options she had the staff member rattled through them so quickly that no one understood him. Not very good.
