I bought a pair of expensive trainers & wasn't told I couldn't get a refund even with the receipt, they can only give credit notes, which I was not informed of when I purchased them.
Unless your 100% with what you want I wouldn't bother, more trouble than there worth

Horrible store that doesn't offer refunds (only credit notes). Money grabbing at it's finest. So beware when buying from this company that no matter what they are keeping your money.

Livingston store address is wrong and marked on wrong location in Google maps. It's actually beside the Food Warehouse (close to Sainsbury's and KFC) at the section of park to the south, and over the road.
Service was adequate.

I took back a pair of trainers never out of the box with receipt on 29th Feb 2024 and now 16th March 2024 and still no refund in my account and I didn't receive a credit slip. I won't shop there again, I always bought all birthday & Christmas presents for the family there but not after this. A totally non verbal experience from the guy at the returns till.

Worst retail experience of my life!!! Sent a pair of trainers back that were too small and here we are almost a month later and still no refund even though they have received the package. I am now having to go through a claims court to get my money back. This must be why they can sell stuff cheap. Avoid if you can, JD are much better

really lovely shop. but prices are too expensive. if you guys could make the prices cheaper i will be back but for now im shopping else where such as tesco, the coop or even asda.
