Visited the Londis store at Crofthead Livingston .the till operator tried to overcharge me for a item worth £ 10:49 by adding another £5 I only noticed by the till receipt will not be going to any londis shops in future

Husband took cash out the machine didn't get it the other day took out another thinking it was maybe empty the machine said it had given it, shop keeper says it's happened a few times like hello if machine hadn't given cash first time fair enough but a few times . Had to phone the bank today as it hadn't been returned and was still showing had given out can't help the new owner knew something more about the machine than letting on and couldn't get through on the phone that's on the machine..
Reply by shop .. we are not disputing the matching but the fact is the manager said oh it's happened a few times to them !! Why would you not rectify this problem what if it was someone last money and they had to wait a week to get it back cause we phoned today cause that's how long we had to wait to show a week ago. If someone was in poverty . It's not acceptable to keep a machine in the shop that's faulty if it was the fridge youd sort it??

Was a great little shop under previous owner however that's all gone.Questioned at the till why the cost was so high to be assured it was right. Found out before leaving the shop I have been overcharged 70p per item purchased from the bakery section. Gentleman serving couldn't helped and saught assistance from a female member of staff. Couldn't work out how to do a refund on the till and only offer was a donut in compensation not the £3odds overcharged. Wouldn't give receipt either. Not a very good start to a new business.

Great plenty of room in the isles the STAFF are excellent and polite and friendly and very helpful and it makes a change to get someone who knows what they are doing THANK you very much

Tiny place but free parking and you can even get a pizza in the bit next to the cashier! They do eggs, bread, milk, drinks.
