If you show up on a bike in full gear with your visor up expect to be refused petrol as big boss man at the counter will treat you as a thief trying to steal £15 worth of fuel (it was actually £8 this time as just wanted to top up the tank for next day... which I did at the BP).

Great customer service! I purchased a coffee today from the costa machine, everything was going well until it came to putting the lid on, not the first time it has Happened to me either (don?t know if it just me but I swear the lids don?t always fit perfectly) BOOM!Coffee spilled everywhere all over floor and machine and some on me ?, a customer sales assistant rushed over to help clean up but I insisted I?d do it as was completely my fault.Once cleaned up I went to purchase another coffee as well.. I need my coffee and was willing to pay for 2.The customer sales rep seen this and offered to make me a coffee from her own pod machine in the back to save me paying for another.Legend! I never caught her name but she should be promoted going above and beyond like that for customers in a huge chain like shell is just unheard of.

Put £10 in at pump 6 and didn't get a single lick of fuel, my "mpg since filling" stat also stayed the same as what it was from the previous fuel up. I won't be going here ever again.

The prices are shocking. They take advantage of the convenience junky like nobody else does. Can of juice; 95p minimum. And no PayPoint machine
