Dissapointingly, first and last visit. Really unhelpful and almost unleasant person at the till. Took the products I had in my hands and stuck them back on the shelf.

Hi went into the trade side at screwfix and dealt with the duty manager named Jane customer service 10 out 10 and very helpful aswell and kept us right on price matching and any special offers to keep up the good work Jane thank you.

Always great service in store. Make sure you go to the left , the ladies give a better discount and a cuppa tea on Wednesdays ? signed up to a card for some discounts, well worth while and sales staff not at all pushy. Use Screwfix alot and will continue to do so
