We popped in today as my husband was having issues with his card etc, Rhona helped us out was really patient too! She also recommended a new current account and Savings Account which would work better for us! Great help and we really appreciated your advice.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I am writing this review to let the head office of Santander in the UK to know! You guys must take the manager in Livingston branch to display hearing trust me I have never seen extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour with filthy attitude like him anywhere in my life!
I did ask for his name so he did pass it like go do whatever you want to do with it!
I should know how they treat the customers by there reviews!

Told me I had an appointment at 3 30 but when I got there It was closed and then realised it closes and 3 absolutely fuming gonna go home and try not to break everything in a 10 meter vicinity

IMHO DO NOT USE SANTANDER - Absolutely dreadful service. Can never get through on the phone for assistance and answers are not on their website. Called twice ? waited 45 minutes each time then cut off. Thank goodness I?m trying to close the account.

Opening hours are joke and to top it off today only contactless was available at the only cash machine, which again did not work. Only one star because you cannot post a comment without giving at least one star !!

Don't request anything online from Santander.It will not arrive.Even after requesting 3 times.Branches are shut so your options are limited.
