Unsure why this has a lower Google rating than H&T pawn shop? This shop has far better staff who show compassion and know what they are taking about. Strongly recommend. Thank you so much for the lovely customer service and guidance

Insanely low offers for gold, I went elsewhere and was offered more than double what ramsdens offered, right off the bat they came off quite rude and lacking in knowledge

Ordered holiday money on line and it was in store a day later, sales assistant explained that the system was not working but was able to give me the currency a couple hours later I received my receipt by email, all in all pretty good service and staff were friendly and helpful

Rubbish, the hotel was run down, no staff. On arrival I had to phone for someone to come to front desk. even though they had been on fag break and both passed me to get back in to office behind front desk!. I got locked out of hotel at 2am. My ropey key card would not work on front door to hotel, again had to phone to get staff attention. Reception is clearly visible from front door. The hotel is in a not very nice part of Livingston and is scheduled because of trees!(I am from Livingston) The room was very well worn, holes in chairs?!? No hand wash or shower gel!?! The next day I wanted to stay another night, no staff at reception had to phone them AGAIN, she got out lift and straight off told me no vacancies!! She then got in lift with me, me 3rd floor, her 1st floor!! I had payed for late checkout at 2pm. I was locked out of my room. Back down to reception, no staff had to phone for attention AGAIN. On phone she told me checkout was 12pm, she argued that I hadn?t payed for late checkout, Found out I had payed extra!! Where did she think I was going at 1pm in afternoon if checkout was 12pm?!? I paid £167 for no service/ crap service and crap room.I know they might have had staff ?issues? but that is not my problem. Charge me £60 for room instead then!!

Good stays in the past, but prices escalated over a number of days of stay. Hairs on carpet, left debris under bed, repairs to table, worn chairs. Web site booking kept stalling and changing dates, direct phone to hotel tried to be helpful, but wait on beeping line too long.

Very good place to stay lot of food out lets . The manager sorted out our train and taxi and wrote it all down for us which was very good lovely to speake with here train and buses not far was able to walk for dinner

This hotel is a fantastic stay an the staff are a credit to the business! Very clean and suitable for families! And everything is in walking distance my autistic little boy and daughter loved this place. My little boy who only loves his room and his surroundings has said he would love to come back!

The travelodge was clean but could do with a refresh. The reception team were excellent and helpful on both our recent stays. It is ideally placed for travelling to Edinburgh or Glasgow either by car or train.

We usually choose Tarvelodge when we travel with the cats because the fees are fair and the rooms are nice and clean. Livingston Traveldodge was perfect for shopping too, right across the street. Highly recommended when you need to be a short train or drive from EDI.

The hotel was very convenient to the Outlet Centre, walking distance. The rooms are very basic, ok for one or two night stay, but not cheap. Note that rooms have no USB charging points and noisy in evening with cars racing about the local roads.

The hotel is situated so close to the shopping centres, approx 5 min walk. The hotel was very reasonably priced, basic but was clean and quiet. The rooms were a bit hot but were supplied with fans and the windows could open. Even with the window open it wasn?t noisy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a Toni Macaroni attached to the building which is excellent. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly and accommodate you without a booking. Will definitely stay again.

Low visibility of staff, bed not made, location good but overpriced. Would consider other accommodation with better service and value for money. Bit basic but clean falls short as no bed making pretty basic service expectation of any accommodation hence the poor score

Mattress was worn out and covered in urine stains and other bodily fluids cannot believe I slept on that filth it was so worn there was a massive dip in the middle the mattress protector was also filthy the pillows were badly stained and ripped

Just wanted to say thanks to the hotel manager (Kay) who was extremely helpful. We were flying out of Edinburgh airport early in the morning and Kay made sure we could access our room in a timely manner. Comfortable sleep and a safe get away. Thanks
