Yesterday at 2:45 pm, the restaurant was almost empty, yet the lady at the counter refused to let us in. She asked us to wait until 3 pm. We pointed out that the restaurant was empty and asked why we couldn?t be seated immediately, but she didn?t respond. As more people arrived, she told them the same thing?that they would only be allowed in at 3 pm.
The restaurant was in terrible condition. Several tables were dirty, and trash was left on some of them.
At 3 pm, she finally let us in and handed us the menu. That?s when we noticed that the unlimited buffet ends at 3 pm (as indicated in the menu, see the picture).
The lady?s attitude was incredibly rude, and thankfully, she didn?t serve us. We were a group of six, and we deeply regret visiting. To make matters worse, the food quality is not what it used to be.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we won?t be returning.

We used to visit this restaurant a lot but due to a new job we haven?t been for a while, visited last week and the staff were all so nice and helpful, chatting away asking how we were. We arrived for the restaurant opening and they asked if there was any particular pizzas we would like for the buffet, Robert and Laura couldn?t do enough for us. The food was great and plenty of choice. Restaurant was spotless clean as usual. Look forward to our next visit soon xx

Laura was excellent at recognising the needs of our family after I mentioned our son is autistic. Thank you so much for taking good care of us and making one of our rare nights out less stressful!

Laura is a superstar! She broke her back to make sure we were happy and comfortable, and Robert was an angel adhering for our every need, my son (7) is autistic and both made him feel so comfortable and provided him with a thin cheese pizza as he?s fussy with deep pan. Not been here in so long, since I was a kid, but Laura definitely brought back the magic of my childhood chatting with us in passing and ensuring everything was as expected! Give this woman a raise, she went above and beyond to provide us the best service I?ve ever had in the food industry, her character is unmatched! If I could give her personally more than 5 stars I would, if I could vote for her as the top server of the month I would! A brilliant service all round and a friendly welcoming environment from Robert and Laura both! Even the kids loved them (both are really shy)! I cannot wait to come back :)
Kid-friendliness: 10/10, the best place to take the kids! Never felt so comfortable to eat out with young children! Laura is the sweetest person and Robert is an angel!
