Had a meal for 3 on the 12/1/25 was disappointed in meal water very nice and not his fault as he does not do the cooking
My pasta was cold around the edges as was my daughters feel it had been in a microwave due to the amount of hard pasta
My sister also left a lot on her plate why did I not complained at the start because did not wanted it reheated again,
Just means won?t dine there again meal cost £43. So not a cheap meal I had hoped when water saw amount of food left on plates he would have asked the question was there something wrong

Food was great had basic pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks with Italian tomato sauce and a little honey and would 100% recommend and also had a gluten free option for my partner as well overall very welcoming and brilliant atmosphere

Tried to have lunch there today with a friend and 2 toddlers,there were many tables empty and when we ask for a table the waitress told us that they were going to struggle with the prams. I never had that situation before plus we could have closed the prams or left them on the side but she just couldn't be arsed. Will never come back. Terrible customer service.

Pizza Express Livingston used to be really good and I used to visit weekly, but it has gone downhill. We booked for 7:30pm but were not told at the time of booking that the restaurant closes at 9pm on Sundays. The waiters were hanging around waiting for us to leave at the end. My wine glass arrived with a crack in the glass. It was replaced but the second one arrived with very obvious lipstick on it. The third glass was acceptable. My gluten-free pizza was small with very little topping. My friend's pizza had a human hair about 6 inches long baked into it. I don't expect I'll be back.

Really good service despite being busy and being told we might have to wait 45 mins for food . In fact much quicker. Like the fact has gluten free

Everyone was on the ball, even although it was busy, didn't feel rushed and servers kept us topped up with drinks, water and food was amazing ?

Booked a table for the family for 5pm, turned up and the ovens were off, restaurant being cleaned down, and told there was only 2 types of pizza and 2 sides available.

Honestly, don't bother being inconvenience in this Pizza express outlet. No manners or customer service. Asked for quiet table on upper platform but water referring us to "policy" that we can't seating there, then got annoyed as how dare we asked to seating where we wanted. Being ignored eventually lady come and served us, she was lovely. Pizza??? What pizza? Was mediocre with couple of peppers, onions and hardly any meat. Never again.....all that "pleasure" cost 31.00. Don't bother.

When we arrived the bald headed waiter/ manager took us to a table. Did not say Hello or Good Afternoon but launched into his spiel about free cookie dough if you scanned a QR code. Made no eye contact at all as I said no thanks. Walked away and stayed away from us. The pizza was ok but the strange chips were disgusting. Here is a tip just serve proper chips. It was a bad dining experience as the bald headed person lacked basic customer service skills. Avoid at all costs
