Received amazing service from Amy, she was incredible! Lovely person, very patient and helped me throughout the whole process. The first time I came to the store, Amy helped out my mum with showing her different options. The second time I came today to purchase one of the rings that Amy showed my mum! I couldn?t remember what she liked exactly, but Amy luckily remembered and she continuously went above and beyond!! The staff were also very friendly and helpful which I appreciate so highly.

I went today to Pandora in Livingston centre to pick up an online order and I was very disappointed how the staff treats the clients. There were three member of staff and only two clients in the shop at that time. Sharleen and Lynn were VERY VERY attentive with ONE client and nobody came to us. We were completely ignored for around 10 minutes. At some point another client comes into the shop and Sharleen went to serve them and my husband mentions that we were in the shop for a while already and that's not ok.She then processed to tell us that there are two different queues (we were waiting at the click and collection point) and when someone will be available will come to serve us. So now I'm wondering if there were like another 10 clients to come in the shop we will have stayed there forever because we had only to collect something? Very annoying the attitude. What's the point of the click and collection point if nobody comes to till anyway? The client told her that actually we were in the shop before them and Sharleen ignored that too. Then she comes and tell us that she'll serve us first because the other client said so. That's not ok at all, very disrespectful attitude and she didn't even acknowledge the error she just made. If we weren't there to pick up an already paid order, we would have left the shop.
