I was in to collect my pre order and swap my phone on the o2 switch up, overall sale went fine, but in previous years when I?ve done an upgrade the members of staff have always done the switch of service from one phone to the other while I?ve been in the store and this particular member of staff didn?t do this, they gave me a new sim and sent me on my way to do everything myself, sent me away with a non working SIM card, I then had to travel back into the store for another staff member to be particularly rude to me when I expressed the bad service I had, to which they asked for photo id before they could proceed to help me when they were at fault, this was the younger male staff who seem to be more target and commission driven than actually caring about how to treat customers, I will choose another o2 store in the future due to this mishap

Having reluctantly visit this store to query a bill for a service that was cleared and closed I was told that they couldn't help as the account was closed. After trying unsuccessfully to use the virtual assistant and long unanswered help line calls, and with no email address available I followed o2's advice.and visited a shop. It was no help at all. I am still being chased for a bill for a service I don't have and I am unable to rectify this. A telecommunications company that refuses to communicate.

Went to see about my phone after change over from virgin to 02 as a 75 year old and not good with technology i could have done with a little more help to understand the ins and outs of how to change or port phone numbers.

I bought a Samsung ultra 23 asked to get help in setting up my phone and do my trade as the deal was ending.The young lad was really helpful but it just felt the store were not interested in helping. Went home tried trade tool on 02 wasn't working so called the store but they said sorry we can't help. Not really good service in my opinion.

Disgusting service, send straight away away from that with words call customer service. I spend my time to come there but they are only interested sell phones other things about o2 they send people away. Disgusting and disapointed!!!!
