It's too confusing there's no sign to say where's parcel collection. My son went to a lady from the till to check she mis redirect him to go to the other shop rudely. Then I went her and asked her where do I need to go for parcel collection she said it's here in the till then I politely told her there's no sign so it's bit confusing. She then replied all our customers know to come to till for parcel collection which I felt not nice it's like except me everyone else was there customer felt bit upset. I use to buy clothing from the same shop often too but this is first time for parcel collection.

It's Next, you know what it's happening here.Lack of staff.Poor 13 year old girls clothing selection.The shop is packed with clothing but kind of lost.Not a good shopping experience and "Next" brand didn't do it for us at the weekend

Smallish size outlet for all the clothing items. The sale rails are over packed and hard to find something you might like. There are some very reasonable priced items. Very busy. Worth a visit.
