Visited this store twice while on holiday in December. Really young staff but in all honesty, one of the best customer help and shopping services that I?ve ever experienced! Would recommend this store without hesitation. And the shoes are pretty fantastic too!

Every time I visit this store, I?m really impressed with the assistant manager Stephanie and how she deals with me. She genuinely takes an interest in what you?re trying to buy and does everything in her power to help you. I really enjoy shopping there for that very reason. Customer service is excellent from someone who cares.

Be careful. This store does not refund money if the product is suitable. You can only change it, but the choice of styles and sizes is very small. When purchasing the sneakers, I was not warned that I would not be able to return them. Now the sneakers are lying around at home, unused. It is impossible to walk because the seam is pressing in one place and the store did not accept it back.

Every time I have been to this store, the staff have been so incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help customers. Jamie has always been very pleasant and today Amber went out of her way to hunt out different sizes of shoes for me from the back room. Every time I go to this store, the staff will make sure that all customers are being assisted. Stephanie, the manager, has clearly done a brilliant job of creating a happy working environment which really shows through her staff. It's a joy to shop here!

Super bad customer experience - they wouldn?t swap the pair for inexplicable reasons just stating the returning pair had been worn etc .. that?s not how you make your customer happy , wouldn?t buy from there again

Not a lot of variety (but that's what you get on an outlet store). They do have a lot of sizes for the models they have tho, which is quite good.

Decently-sized selection of shoes, with lots of nice models to choose from. Sometimes outlets have ugly looking items for sale (and it is clear why they ended up at the outlet), but this was not the case, and I would have happily purchased the shoes on the high street, if I had found them! The shop assistant was really helpful with my queries about size/use and advised she had more sizes at the back, should the one I needed not be on display.Well priced too.
