Slow service. Made to stand at tellers like a naughty school child. When I did get to make my request got told just fill in the form and put it in our letter box. Second time I went in, ended up sorting my request myself via app. Don?t see the point in them being there, unless you want a second hand book from the table.

Went in to deposit some money and was quick as a flash straight in to my account instantly. No issues. Just wish all banks were as efficient.

Went to the Livingston branch to submit my ID proof for opening an account and was greeted by James (Branch manger), while waiting in the queue. James was very helpful and made sure I do not need to submit any more ID proofs for opening an account. He also informed me to get in touch with him if I have any more questions. Thank you James.

The nationwide are always so helpful. Nothing is too much and recently we retook our vows and they sent me a lovely card signed by all the staff . We joined the bank in Edinburgh then we bought our house in Livingston and changed when they opened a bank at the centre.They are really caring and have helped me with online banking. And talked me through as I?m a technophobe
