Food here is always excellent, you get exactly what you'd expect from any other Nandos but I'd argue that the atmosphere in this Nandos is well above other branches.

Came in today for lunch and left very disapointed. We had garlic and cheese pitas for two to share, we were given 4 very small triangular pieces of pita which was not enough for two people to share. I then ordered a caesar salad and requested two chicken fillets to go with it. When it arrived I'd was mainly 1/2 an iceberg lettuce with around 4/5 pieces of croutons with sauce, the chicken was 2 small pieces which was tasteless!! My husbands burger was fine but for the price it was just not worth it, am very sorry to say that we won't be coming back. The staff however were very pleasant.

The guy behind the till had too much attitude and was rude. Its as if u dont order through the barcode, they?ll give u attitude and tell you to go back and look at the table number, even if that side of the restaurant is empty.

Tasteless dry food - sauces provided are to mask this, plate and food was lukewarm, chips are of frozen variety, practically self service, lack of simple hygiene e.g. tables are dirty and sticky, everyone handling bottles of sauces and drinks machine. Whole place just appears dirty. Very busy and noisy inside. Wouldn?t go back.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'll make an exception. I've not had the best of days, but when I arrived at the restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon, the staff were incredibly positive, chill and accommodating. Without me asking they took care of my every need and went way beyond. As a father of two kids with additional needs, who has eaten in more than enough branches of Nandos over nearly twenty years, I wanted to say I'm incredibly proud and happy that this is my local. I look forward to ordering from here both for deliver and to take my kids on the regular for at long as it's staff are so wonderful. The chicken's great too, of course. But the people who work here are what sets it apart.
I hope someone screenshots this and it gets used in a meeting with senior leadership about the best customer service the company has, because you're blessed to have such brilliant people in customer facing roles in this location. Study them and write a playbook for your other stores ;)

Out of all the Nando?s in Glasgow and near by this one is always a cut above the rest. I can honestly say I?ve never had a bad visit in this store, the food is always fresh not once have I had an issue with my food (any burnt or chewy chicken )which has happened on a few occasions elsewhere.
The perfect Nando?s order in my opinion Double Chicken (always double ) on a wrap Hot with some halloumi Sides has to be Peri Chips and corn on the cob phenomenal I?m telling you.
On Yesterdays visit there were a few things not available on the menu my beloved Halloumi being one but the service did make up for this with the staff always being friendly and helpful as always and I?m saying it the possibly the Spanish waiter I would marry this man in a heart beat
