Went in today during lunch time and it wasn?t busy, got served by a young lad behind the counter(ignorant) wish I got his name, made my order and it was to be heated he took my payment then said just wait over there you?ll get it when I?m ready, I?ll go to Starbucks across the way next time

2nd visit 27th Jan
Came in for the second time and disappointed. My cappuccino, that I got last time, was perfect. Made by a young man. This time, different staff, was made milky with hardly any froth. I don't like lattes. Maybe I should have asked for a dry cappuccino, its not normally this milky in other coffee shops so i didn't feel i needed to. There was an error with our order: We asked for peppermint tea, received peppermint tea bag and a cup plus a pot of hot water. However the pot had a regular tea bag in it, so when we poured it into the cup, it was regular tea, plus peppermint tea mixed in one cup. Quickly this was rectified. Disappointed that the attention to detail was not the same as last time. Not consistent at all.

My first visit was excellent
It was my first time trying this place. Our food and coffee were delicious. I had a ciabatta and sausage roll, which we shared. My coffee was made with soya milk, it was perfect. Best of all was the lovely young man who served us. Explained the drinks and food to us and took his time.

Ordered 2 bacon rolls was served 2 sausage rolls . Not even rolls on sausage. Coffee was good though

On 10.9.24 my nephew, mother in law and myself went in, my nephew and I had a breakfast and my mother in law had a cheese and pesto panini, my nephews eggs were like rubber and everything apart from the beans had black bits on and his toast was burnt. My breakfast had a broken egg so sent it back and it came back with another egg, my sausages were under cooked. My mother in law paying when it came out was rock hard. My mother in law and myself have visited many times in the past and everything has been good, but because of our last visit we will not be back

Absolutely horrible staff/management. Witnessed a young girl hand over her cv (with her sibling in a wheelchair) whilst they rudely analysed her in their own language in front of her which was uncomfortable to watch and were Incredibly rude to customers too. Certainly wouldn?t go back there!

My husband and I visited yesterday. The sausage roll I had was scrumptious would recommend. It has onions, carrots and herbs in it aswell which make it really tasty.

Very poor customer service, we had coffee and babyccino with our kids they served muffin takeaway boxes called paper plates and its not clean very bad
