This store is gradually showing more signs of lack of maintenance; probably the result of the takeover by private equity. Thank you private equity for taking another good British business and proceeding to drive it in to the ground.

We waited over half an hour for our food today Saturday, even though it says 10-15 min wait. and it came cold. Had to ask girl to heat it up not a happy bunny. We won?t be back. They were serving Just Eat before customers.

Generally good, but I wish check out staff would realise that anxious or neurodiverse people do not want their items chucked through the till like it?s an Olympic sport. I complained gently one day and was told cashiers were timed and had to hurry people along.

After waiting between 30 and 40 mins after checking in for my click and collect shopping to be brought to me, I've now ordered a home delivery. And they still manage to fail. I'm now going out to buy washing up liquid from the corner shop because apparently there is none in the whole store. Just as there was no cat food in the whole store the last time. I've had to call the company's customer service line from the car park to chase having my (late) click and collect shopping brought to me, and even they couldn't get an answer to the store's phone. I can only put all of these issues down to lazy staff and poor management, and won't be bothering them with any other orders. Have also complained to Head Office before but haven't had a reply.

Can you please hire more staff in the cafe?
The poor staff are rushed off their feet. It meant that my food was going cold but I still enjoyed the meal.

Went to this Morrisons for bread and i checked the crisps section and then bought the bread. I left checkout and Morrisons guy says can I see 8n your bag what you bought? I says why I only bought bread. He says i need to see in bag. He was saying I was shoplifting as I had a bag of stuff I bought from B&M.
I Showed him and told him not to treat me like this again or I contact the police and report you. Is that how morrisons treats their customers like theifs or stealing? I felt like I doing bad when I bought the bread when he stopped me. Next time I'll call the Police if this happens again.
I go tto inorrisons a lot and but I think I'll stay away treating me like that!
