Customer service needs looked at in the shop the way they treated my parents who do a garden project to raise awareness for mental health the rude lady on the desk was reluctant to replace the led lights my father had purchased as they were faulty but there attitude was so bad towards them. HEAD OFFICE NEED TO RETRAIN STAFF MEMBERS OR SACK THEM FOR THE RUDENESS TO PEOPLE

The online part of this place is a joke, made order for £70.00 part order shipped and the £50.00 part not shipped, no response to emails, call3d waited over 30 mins to get anyone, then got someone who is working from home as loads back ground noise like tv, and people talking, says I will get email about missing part of order let's see, company seems like one of these that don't care for the customers
