Ordered from here one evening just after me and my kids moved , and it was through #justeat that must have been linked up to my old address, I paid by Apple pay that had my new address on it and when I searched for the chippy I done it through my new postcode , but noticed on the confirmation no longer than 5 mins later so called the shop and explained, they said driver had just left and they can?t go changing address now, it was nearly a £50 order, I contacted my previous next door neighbour to tell him to look out for the delivery guy and not accept the order to the neighbours, I told shop that it was theft to take my money and not deliver the food to me, contacted #justeat and they didn?t help at all so £50 roughly was stolen from me, was pissing down and apparently my food was just left on back step of old house ,

Order from here often as only one chippy in our village. Always been good service, quality food however two occasions it has been poor.
The first time I wrote it off as they had been so good. The seconded occasion it was worse. Squished burnt burger, stale roll. Stale pitta bread with kebab meat thrown on top. Onion rings greasy and mushy at the same time.
Called to raise dissatisfaction as long standing customers to be told number of different chefs and that we could have a free order next time.
I called to gain my free order as the football is on and asked for two 12inch pizza. Bear in mind the last two poor orders add to £50!! Not to mention being a long standing customer.
A man came on the phone and was combative from the start saying that the order was replaced without evening known who he was talking with or what order it concerned.
He kept repeating the same question and said I only spent £14. My order was £26.80 this would cover the price of two pizza.
I?m disgusted at the man?s behaviour and aggression and can say I will never order from there again or from the chippy the plan to open in East Calder.
I will make sure in my small village that everyone knows how the male manager speaks to women. Real red flag I would say.

Was in last night! Was only person in shop ! 3 female staff throwing bits of rolled up paper at each other ! Then got together and started talking and laughing and looking at me ! Made me feel very uncomfortable ! This was about 5.30

Just ordered chips, cheese and donner meat over the phone and It arrived within 10 minutes which was great but it was luke warm?The cheese wasn?t even half melted and had to reheat it as soon as it came in the door. Ordered from here countless times over the years and always enjoyed the food but based on my last 2 orders I highly doubt I?ll order againNever normally a complainer but £12 for this was a joke

I have asked this organisation repeatedly to take my number of their calling list over the last three months and they haven?t done so. I have now complained to the information commissioners office as I never consented to these messages.

Shouldn't even have 1 star absolute day light robbery 7 pound odd for half a scoop of chips and less than half a smoked sausage and at that it was pouring with grease. Staff were cheeky and my sons burger batter pulled his tooth out
